About TK Trends
TK Trends helps you browse CapCut template rankings, compare regions and time windows, and inspect recorded usage counts. You can view the public rankings without creating an account. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse the site, create an account, or request support.
Information We Handle
- Account and sign-in information. If you register, we store your name, email address, profile image when provided, and the records needed to authenticate you. Password sign-in uses a password hash. Sessions can include your IP address and browser user-agent information.
- Support requests. If you contact us through the support feature, we store your message, replies, and any attachments you choose to provide. Include only information needed to resolve the request.
- Technical and referral information. Requests to the site can include IP addresses, browser information, and error details. Account registration can also record referral links, campaign parameters, language, and a country value supplied by hosting infrastructure.
- Public template information. Rankings display collected template identifiers, titles, creator names, cover images, and recorded engagement or usage counts. This information comes from the template data source rather than a private user submission to TK Trends.
How We Use Information
We use account and technical information to operate sign-in, maintain the site, investigate errors, and limit abuse. We use support information to respond to requests. Referral information helps us understand how people find the service. Public template information supports rankings, search, and template detail pages.
Cookies and Optional Services
The site uses cookies or browser storage for sign-in and preferences such as language and appearance. It can also store your Cookie choice when that setting is available. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking sign-in cookies may prevent account features from working.
If the site enables analytics, advertising, or a third-party customer-service widget, that service may receive browser and interaction information when its content loads. Where the page provides Cookie settings, you can reopen those settings to change the available choices. This does not change cookies or settings on external websites.
Service Providers and External Content
Website hosting, database, and other enabled service providers process information needed to deliver their functions. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or necessary to address abuse and protect the service.
Template covers can load from external hosts. Opening a template on CapCut takes you to a separate service. Those hosts may receive technical request information, including your IP address. Their own policies apply to information they collect.
Retention and Security
We retain information for the purposes described here, including operating accounts, handling support requests, and investigating security issues. Retention also depends on applicable legal obligations and the need to resolve disputes. This policy does not promise a fixed retention period or immediate removal from backups.
The service uses authentication and access controls to restrict account data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Requests
You can browse public rankings without registering and update available profile fields in account settings. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information, or to object to certain processing. These requests require a separate review; account settings do not currently provide self-service data export or account deletion.
To raise a privacy question or request, use in-site support. This support entry requires sign-in and is available while the support feature is enabled. We may need information to verify that a request concerns your account. Creators can use the same route to report an issue with displayed template information.
Policy Updates
We will update the date on this page when this policy changes. Material changes may also be announced through the site.
