Using TK Trends

These terms apply to your use of TK Trends. If you do not agree, do not use the service. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

TK Trends displays collected CapCut template rankings across seven regional groups and 7-, 30-, and 90-day windows. You can search by title or creator, compare recorded metrics, view template details and recent usage history, and follow links to CapCut. The public rankings can be browsed without an account.

Accounts and Support

If you create an account, provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Do not use another person's account without permission. Report suspected unauthorized access through the available support entry.

When you submit a support request or attachment, you remain responsible for its content and must have the rights needed to provide it. We process it to handle your request and operate support. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, or information unrelated to the issue.

Data and Service Limits

Rankings and usage charts reflect collected records, not a live feed of every template or user action. Coverage can be incomplete, and collection or synchronization can be delayed or interrupted. Use the timestamps displayed on the site to assess freshness and check the source before relying on a particular value.

Past rank changes or usage growth do not predict future performance. TK Trends does not guarantee views, engagement, revenue, or any other result from using a template. Features and data availability may change as the product develops.

CapCut and Content Rights

TK Trends is an independent tool and is not presented as an official CapCut service or as endorsed by CapCut. Template names, creator names, covers, trademarks, and other third-party material remain subject to their respective owners' rights.

Displaying a template or linking to it does not grant permission to copy, adapt, redistribute, or commercially use its video, music, images, or other assets. Check the applicable permissions and terms on the source service. External websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Rights in the TK Trends interface and original content remain with their respective owners. Using the site does not transfer ownership of that material to you.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the service to infringe rights or break applicable law, bypass authentication or access restrictions, disrupt the site with excessive requests, or submit spam, malware, or harmful content. We may restrict access when necessary to investigate abuse or protect the service.

Current Access and Future Fees

The current public rankings do not require purchasing a paid plan. No paid-plan benefits, subscription term, or refund policy are established by these terms. If paid features are introduced, their price, billing terms, cancellation process, and applicable refund conditions will be presented before purchase.

Availability and Responsibility

The service is provided subject to the limits described above, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, complete coverage, or error-free data. You are responsible for decisions you make using the rankings and for checking permissions before using third-party content.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from reliance on incomplete or delayed data, third-party service changes, or interruptions to this service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Changes and Contact

We may change the service or these terms and will update this page's date when the terms change. Material changes may also be announced through the site.

For questions about these terms, displayed template information, or an account-closure request, use in-site support. This entry requires sign-in and is available while the support feature is enabled. Closing an account is a request handled separately; it is not currently a self-service setting.
